I have had the worst up and down experience with the agency! Today I called at 4:45 to add rental insurance because I need it for my new place. I WAS PUT ON HOLD & HUNG UP ON I CALLED BACK DURING BUSINESS HOURS & GUESS WHAT?! I get the recording “i have contacted after business hours” the girl did it on purpose, I know it’s the same one from back at the beginning of the year that cancelled my insurance & it ended up being a whole thing that could of been avoided!! I’m going to the BBB, & tomorrow I am SWITCHING AGENCIES!! This is ridiculous. Proof is in the photo! IF YOU CLOSE AT 5, when a client calls at 4:51 IT SHOULD NOT GO TO THEIR AFTER HOURS THAT IS RIDICULOUS! I’m over these games!
